As a Stock Program Specialist, Jessica has been working for RDI Diamonds for the past 9 years. She originally started when she was 17 years old in our admin department doing smaller tasks such as taking pictures of diamonds, but after she went to GIA, she now grades our diamonds and plays a huge role in our brand, Rare & Forever.
Jessica considers herself a team player and she takes joy in creating a fun and uplifting work environment with her coworkers. “Mike and Sara have also worked hard to create a fun and welcome environment,” she explains. “They go the extra mile to make employees feel appreciated!” When asked about the best piece of advice she has received while working here at RDI Diamonds, Jessica says “to not let your fear of rejection keep you from sharing your idea or opinion. Your idea or opinion could be the missing piece to the puzzle.”
Outside of work, Jessica and her husband Cody love to spend time with their families and their lovely Pomapoo Lyla. When asked about what a hidden talent of hers is, she can spell the alphabet backwards!
