Emily Mattys is one of our sales account reps with RDI Diamonds. She partners with many different mom & pop jewelers across the country, helping them find the perfect diamonds for their clients. She loves the relationships she develops internally within RDI and with her jewelers. Essentially, we become one big family that helps spread love within the sale of a beautiful diamond.
The best piece of advice that she has ever received while working here is that “What you do today will affect your tomorrow”. This is true not just in her professional life but also her personal life. It pushes her to always make every day a great day, even if something negative happens.
