5 Social Media Resources to Boost Your Results

Jewelers are known for their attention to detail, which is why they build long-term relationships with customers that last for decades. Their eye for clarity and quality means they get the opportunity to help choose engagement rings, holiday gifts, and "just because" surprises for generation after generation.
There are a lot of small details when it comes to social media. Posts to schedule, comments to reply to, ads to run. Even detail-oriented jewelers can get overwhelmed with the nitty-gritty details of marketing their businesses online. Luckily, technology has brought a ton of great tools and resources to small business owners. Tools to save them time, money, and to help them build relationships with even more generations of customers. Here are a few of my favorites:



  canva No design experience? No problem! Canva makes it easy to design professional-looking social media graphics, post graphics, emails, and more. It`s free to sign up and includes hundreds of templates to choose from. Or, you can start with a blank slate and create graphics using your own photos, royalty-free stock images, photos from Canva`s image and graphics library, and fun text! You`ll be getting compliments on your amazing designer, and can keep your little design secret to yourself.  

"Trendy" Social Sites

By searching trending topics on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter based on popularity of keywords, you can collect news and information that your customers might find interesting or that tie into your business. For instance, in February, you may remember that everyone was chatting about #TheDress. The dress in question was a blue and black cocktail dress that appeared to some to be yellow and white when the photo was posted online. You could have benefitted from this trending topic by tweeting: "It doesn`t matter what color #TheDress is! Our diamonds go with everything."  

HootSuite & ViralTag
